Nellikuppam Melpathy Shiva Temple is located in the Nellikuppam village, Panrutti circle, Cuddalore district, Tamil Nadu. Nellikuppam is ten kilometres west of Cuddalore. This Melpathy is in the south of this town. They have built a large hall without a plane as a single room for a single huge lingamurthy and have done the work of the Lord on its front. Next to this, Muruga also has a temple with Valli theivanai. Between the two temples are the Navagraha mandapam and the Anjaneyar mandapam. In the same street there is one Vinayakar temple and one Mariamman temple. The Temple is believed to be 1000 years old.
