Cancellations & Refund Policy

For the Pooja event, cancellations can be made at least 2 days prior. If a cancellation is made within 2 days or 48 hours of the event, no refunds will be provided. Additionally, refunds will not be given for Poojas that are canceled on the same day during the muhurth time, regardless of the reason from the devotees' side. To request a cancellation, please send an email to info@lightuptemple. You will receive an acknowledgment of your cancellation within 2 working days, and the fees will be refunded within 12 working days, in accordance with this Refund Policy.

Once an order for a Pooja service is completed, Light up Temple does not issue refunds. It is the customer's responsibility to understand and acknowledge this refund policy before purchasing any services on our website. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances can arise in relation to the nature of the services we provide.

We will notify you of the event cancellation within 2 working days and process your refund within 10 working days, subject to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy. If you have not received a refund yet, please check your bank account first. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. If necessary, also contact your bank, as there may be a processing time before the refund is visible. We will honor refund requests in the following situations:
  • 1. Non-delivery of the service: For Example If you do not receive a delivery email from us due to mailing issues.
  • 2. Occurrence of software errors or manual difficulties with the service: While we thoroughly review all the services before Perform, unexpected errors may occur. Please submit this reason to our Support Team for approval (Email id).

Payment Policy:
Registration will only be considered complete once advance or full payment is received. Failure to make advance or full payment before the Pooja will result in non-delivery of our service. Payments can be made in Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard, or through Net banking.
