Introduction

The Gadde Ranganatha Temple is located in the Srirangapatna, Mandya district, Karnataka state, India. Near the historical town of Srirangapatna on Mysore-Bengaluru Road is on the brink of losing its identity as Gaddhe Ranganatha Swamy Temple faces the threat of getting covered up due to the expansion works of Mysore-Bengaluru Highway. Here the primary deity is Sri Ranganatha swamy, it’s in ruined state. It is a temple of significance. Some village people offering poojas in the temple sinces ages. Now due to road construction this temple is in a state of being buried. The temple all around shrubs and plants had over grown the place. This temple Generally refer to three temple adiranga, Madhyaranga and antharanga like the big temple in srirangapatna. This temple is near to the bank of Kaveri river.
