Introduction

Khelaur Temple is dedicated to Lord Shiva, located in the Khelaur town in Pipili tehsil of Puri district in Odisha, India. It is situated 8km away from Pipili. Here the Presiding deity is called as Lord Shiva. The walls and roof of the sabha mandapa had been lost completely. This temple is facing towards the east side.  The Main shrine consists of rekha vimana and Pidha Jagamonhana.   It is believed that this temple was built in 12th Century CE. This temple is currently under the Archaeological Survey of India (ASI).
