Introduction

Soorasamhara Moorthy Temple is dedicated to Lord Murugan located at Kalari Village near Uthirakosamangai in Ramanathapuram District of Tamil Nadu. The old temple is said to be more than 1000 years old. The Temple is located at about 2.5 Kms from Uthirakosamangai Bus Stand, 3 Kms from Uthirakosamangai, 9 Kms from Thiruppullani, 14 Kms from Ervadi, 15 Kms from Ramanathapuram, 15 Kms from Ramanathapuram Railway Station, 113 Kms from Madurai, 120 Kms from Madurai Airport and 126 Kms from Thoothukudi Airport. The Temple is situated on Uthirakosamangai to Thirupullani Route.
