Introduction
Abhayavaratha Kubera Lakshmi Narasimhar Temple is dedicated to lord Vishnu, Located in the Eluppanatham village, Coimbatore district, Tamilnadu. Here the presiding deity is called as Abhayavaratha Kubera Lakshmi Narasimhar. The Temple is believed to be 1000 years old. The temple is located at a distance of 5 km from Sirumugai in Coimbatore district.
Puranic Significance
Abhayavaratha Kubera Lakshmi Narasimhar Temple was built in the village of Eluppanatham a few years ago after the appearance of Narasimha in the dream of a devotee who often visited Ahobilam due to his devotion to him. His nicknamed Kubera Lakshmi Narasimhar as he serves in a northerly direction. Anjaneyar is located near Narasimhar and a few kilometres away is the famous Idugambalayam Anumantharaya Swamy Temple.
Beliefs
It is hoped that attending the monthly Sudarshan Homam Worship on Swathi Star Day will remove the harassment of enemies, speed up the repayment of debts, bring out positive thoughts and evil spirits in the mind, increase self-confidence and provide employment. In addition, special anointing ceremonies are held on the day with 16 types of herbs and five types of homa including milk. It is believed that chronic illness can be cured by regular attendance of pujas. Wedding Blessing Child Blessing seekers attend this puja. There are special arrangements on the Saturdays of the month of Purttasi.

Festivals
Daily Pujas are held especially from 6 pm to 8 pm with Ko Puja and Aswa Puja, Lakshmi Kubera Yagam followed by a solitary service at 8.30 pm.
