This temple is positioned on the western side of the village and has been recognized as one of the state-protected monuments in Madhya Pradesh, a designation granted by the Archaeological Survey of India.

Date of Construction: The temple is believed to have been built in the 13th century CE during the reign of the later Chandela Kings. This period is known for its significant contributions to temple architecture in the region.

Architectural Components: The temple originally consisted of a sanctum and antrala (antechamber). It is also believed to have had a sabha mandapa (gathering hall). Unfortunately, the walls and roof of the sabha mandapa have been lost over time, with only the doorway remaining.
