Introduction

Araneri is a village located in the Sriperumbudur taluk of Kanchipuram district in Tamil Nadu. The temple is located on the left side of Mambakkam and 4 km from Oragadakam. The temple is completely dilapidated. The tree occupies the entire temple. In ancient time it was a large temple but now only a sanctuary remains. The brick temple is in a very bad condition. The primary deity is Lord Arthanarisvara. And Nandi is placed outside the brick temple. Ganesha is in the corner outside the sanctum sanctorum.There are no other murtis.
