- Temple Design: A small, three-tiered Rajagopuram Kashi Viswanath Temple, recently completed. The temple complex covers an area of one acre.

- Temple Purpose: Built in memory of the return of Adheenam Kasi.
- Architecture: Constructed according to the rules of Arthamandapam, Mughamandapam, and Nandikodimaram.

- Mahakalakshmi next to the sanctum sanctorum.
- Bhairava and Navagrahas located in the North-East side.
- Age: The temple is believed to be 1000 years old.
