- Vembadi Vinayakar: A temple for Lord Vinayaka under a Neem tree where Goddess Lakshmi performed penance.
- Sage Agastya and Chidambaram Swamigal are believed to have worshipped here.

- Performing Girivalam (three times around Pranava Malai) on the 1st day of Tamil Panguni Month brings blessings for career success and smooth job transitions.

- Utsava Idols: Kept at Thiruporur Murugan Temple for safekeeping.
- Balambigai: Goddess Balambigai enshrined in a separate shrine on the left side of the sanctum.

- Secret Tunnel: Underground tunnel connecting the temple to Chidambaram Swamigal’s ashram (currently closed).
