Location:
- Sanyasi Gramam Village, near Thirunelveli Town, Thirunelveli District, Tamil Nadu.

Historical Significance:
- The temple is more than 1500 years old.
- The place was originally known as Vidyagopalapuram.
- As the deity is a replica of Sri Venkatachalapathy of Tirupati, the temple is also known as Then Tirupathi (Tirupathi of the South).
Puranic Story:
- Lord Narayana incarnated as Srinivasa to protect mankind on the banks of river Tamirabarani.
- A sage feared the Lord’s eventual departure and performed penance.
- Lord Narayana appeared to him and advised the sage to build a temple, leading to the creation of Kalyana Srinivasa Temple.

- Continuous worship of Sri Anjaneya is believed to bring relief in legal matters and cure diseases.
