Introduction
Keelakavathugudi Ramalingeswarar Temple is dedicated to Lord Shiva, Located in the Keelakavathugudi village, Thiruvarur circle, Thiruvarur district, Tamil Nadu. This is a small east-facing Shiva temple on the side of the road. The temple is completely destroyed. They have taken the Linga Murthy, Ambigai and other Murthys from it and set up a Shed and set up a place of worship. Here the primary deity is called as Lord Ramalingeswarar and Mother is as called Parvathavarthini. In the present shed, two linga murtis are placed side by side. There are two Nandis. Ambigai is placed towards the south. Rama’s feet are in front of the Lord. Anjaneyar is nearby. All the monthly festivals and Nithya Pujas are performed by the people. The Temple is believed to be 1000 years old.
