Introduction
- Location:

- Considered the largest of the 9 to 10 Gurdwaras in the country.

- Originally built in 1830; the current structure was renovated in 1988–1989.
- The parkarma verandah was constructed around the original building for protection.
Puranic Significance
- Founding:
- Originally built by Bhai Natha ji, a missionary during the time of the sixth Guru.
- Completed in 1830 to honor the stay of Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji (1469–1539).
- Renovation:
- Major renovations took place from 1988 to 1989, including the construction of the verandah for protection and preservation.
- Renovation funded by contributions from Guru Nanak Dev Ji’s followers in Bangladesh and abroad.
- Guided by Sardar Harban Singh.
