Introduction
Chidambaram Sri Nagalingeswarar Temple is dedicated to Lord Shiva located in the Chidambaram City, Cuddalore district, Tamilnadu. There are lingamurthys in the thirty-two dikshas of the Thillai temple. The one is blessed with the name Nagalingeswarar. Here the presiding deity is called as Nagalingeswarar. The Temple is believed to be 1000 years old. Adjacent to the lingam is a small Ganesha. Temple with sanctum sanctorum and front hall. Above are the swastikas of the Lord. Nagalingeswarar is a narrow alley that separates from the middle of this Red Forest Street. The temple may have been built on a very narrow alley.
