Introduction
Bhadreswar Shiva Temple is situated 35 km away from Cuttack and 9 km from Nischintakoili towards the northeast. The image of Bhadreswar called Ardhanariswar. The temple belongs to the Ganga dynasty of the 10th century AD. Brushava of lord Vadreswar is made in granite stone having 108 Ghanti which looks very beautiful and attractive. There is a Gopinath temple in front of the Vadreswar temple. The place witnesses the centre of Saivam and Baisanvism. Lord Bhadreswar is the presiding deity of the place. Maha Sivaratri and Dola yatra are the main festival of Vadreswar Temple. Bhadreswar Shiva Temple is one of the important places in Cuttack, Odisha.
