Location: The temple is situated at the foothills of a hillock in Bhond village, approximately 3 kilometers from Firozpur Jhirka on the Nuh to Alwar route.
Historical Significance: The temple complex is believed to have been constructed in the 10th century CE. Originally, it housed a Shiva Linga in its sanctum, making it a place of worship for devotees of Lord Shiva.
Current Condition: Unfortunately, the temple now stands in a state of complete ruin. Over time, it has fallen into disrepair, and its historical architecture and sanctity have been affected.
Relocation of Shiva Linga: The original Shiva Linga that was once enshrined in this temple was later removed and placed in the Jaina Temple at Firozpur Jhirka. This relocation of the sacred lingam points to a historical interplay of cultures and traditions in the region.
