Introduction
Gurdwara Kirtangarh, is a gurdwara or Sikh temple situated in the Ali Baig is a village in the Bhimber District of Azad Kashmir, Pakistan. It is on the bank of the Upper Jhelum Canal. It is the seventh-largest village of Azad Kashmir with a population of almost five thousand people. Most of the people are educated in the village the village was earlier known as Kirtan Ghar under the name of a Sikh gurudwara in the area. Very attractive Gurdwara building but it is getting decayed day by day. It was build with master class premium material available at that time. Having historical significance, many people worldwide have roots connected with it. This historical site really need attention as it is near collapse. Built around 1940 and built very well with high quality materials. It would have been the main attraction of the region up to 1947. It has degraded through neglect and was also used as a refugee camp for Hindus and Sikhs.
