Introduction

Cuddalore District, Chidambaram Town, Nandanar Kudil. First the introduction about Nandanar, why he came to Thillai. Why did you stay at this place? He who always praised the Lord. his devotion have been like if Esan Nandi had told Nandan to look away for him. Nandanar was born near the Vaitheeswaran temple in Mela Adanur He thought of esan as the only way to cross this birth and worship the feet of Lord Shiva. His long-standing desire to go to Chidambaram and visit Nadarajaperumaan is one of many stages of struggle. He was later denied a vision of the temple by Thillai. So he came around counting the border of Thillai.

Puranic Significance

He stayed in a hut on the opposite side of Nadarajaperumaan and saw the six-hour puja held there with the sound of the temple bell ringing. Sikandi Purnam Mani is located near Thillai Natarajasabai. At Chidambaram, the full moon of Sikanti sounds like two o’clock to most devotees. That these two bells ring at the same time can be considered as worthy of learning the first lesson in spirituality. The Sikanti Purnam is capable of expressing every kind of philosophy when viewed from every angle. The direction in which this Sikanti is fully awake is Southeast. It belongs to Agni Bhagavan. Agni is understood to have two parallel aspects of heat and light. Adults describe this bell as two tongues belonging to Agni Bhagavan. The two tongues of Agni Bhagavan, Valati and Salati, express this light and warm philosophy. Thus Sikanti is perfect for continuing to give the idea that servants who want to advance in the divine path should have fire and clarity in their vows. To the extent that a man hears and feels devotion in his lifetime to the full bell ringing of the Sikanti that has arisen in the Chidambaram revision, it is certain that he will remain forever youthful. This is the place where Nandanar sat and listened to the sound of the Sikanti full bell. Opposite the South Tower is Sirkazhi Road, next to Pachaiyappan School is Mannargudi Street. Turn right on this street for about 200 meters and turn left at Sengkattan Street for 100 meters. On the right hand side, there is a Ganesha temple facing east, in front of which is a five feet wide alley. This place is almost to the south of Thillai Natarajar which is why Nandanar may have settled in this place. The temple is built entirely of beautiful brick, with no front tower, with the Nandanar sanctum in the center and the surrounding enclosure. It has three windows on one side and occupations on all four sides although the good people have kept the temple from being damaged in any way. It is said that a priest is coming to pray now. In the sanctum sanctorum, Nandanar is worshiping Natarajar with his hands folded from here. It is not known who was a sage nearby. There are only two statues. Inside are Ganesha and Murugan in the prakaram. Nayans are those who have expressed their unwavering devotion in any situation. In today’s world, it is a matter of pride to be born into the world’s highest religion, Hinduism, by following the Nayans.
