It is in a very dilapidated condition today in the course of time due to the continuous invasion and neglect. Shri Arulaleeswarar here is worshiped by Sage Shri Agastya. Ambika’s name is Sri Ambuja Kusalambal. The temple has no walls. An alternative is a stone wall. There is a Ganesha temple outside the front boundary of the temple. The flagpole of the temple is erected on a stone pillar. Lord Arulaleeswarar is said to have been made of in Alingal tree wood.
Puranic Significance
The temple is currently in a very deplorable condition. Swami’s plane crashed a few months ago. Only the upper part of the penis is visible between the arteries. Shrubs kneel everywhere in the temple. Nandiyamperumana of this temple can still be seen today. One of the bulls. The sculptor has designed this Nandi with the same artistic aspect of what it would be like to graze in the field and lie down in the shade of a tree and stir in solitude. If you worship this Nandiyamperumana with a bow, arugampul, vellam and Pacha arisi, you will get the blessing you need. It is said that worship during the Pradosha period removes debt and leads to a disease-free life Mangala Ganesha is displayed at the southern entrance of the temple. If you go inside, the sanctuary is in a dilapidated condition. Our eyes glaze over as we see Esan trapped in the rubble. Mother Ambuja Kusalambal smiles with an abhaya hand. There are also shrines of Lord Murugan and Bhairav. On the outside there are two shrines without idols. It is the light of the Lord that there were no mortals there. Sri Lakshmi Narayanaperumal’s spectacular display near Sri Arulaleeswarar Sanctuary Efforts are underway to rebuild the new temple. With the cooperation and help of spiritual lovers, we can be sure that a beautiful new temple will be built here with the help of Esan.
