Introduction

Kundrathur Adithiruvaleeswarar Temple is dedicated to Lord Shiva, located in the Kundrathur, Chennai district, Tamil Nadu State. At the foot of the hill in the Kundrathur murugan Temple is the Adithiruvaleeswarar temple located. This Shiva temple may have been in big temple at one time. Now the temple is in dilapidated condition. Many inscriptions are found around this temple. Here the Primary deity is called as Adithiruvaleeswarar. The Temple is believed to be 500-1000 years old Shiva temple.
