Introduction

Mahadev Temple- Ganeswarpur, Chhatia, located on the left bank of the river Birupa beside Jaluka hill in the quiet sleepy village of Ganeswarpur, here the another temple is located Panchu Pandava Temple is just 52km north-west of Bhubaneswar. The temple is the main temple which is completely ruins. The subsidiary shrine located in the corners of the platform. The exterior of the temple and subsidiary shrines is quite severely damaged, weathered, but some of the detailed minute carvings you can still make out. Here the primary deity is Lord Shiva and other deity are ganesha, Vishnu, and others. Nandi is placed outside of the temple. And there is a small lingam placed.
