Introduction

Abhayavaratha Kubera Lakshmi Narasimhar Temple is dedicated to lord Vishnu, Located in the Eluppanatham village, Coimbatore district, Tamilnadu. Here the presiding deity is called as Abhayavaratha Kubera Lakshmi Narasimhar. The Temple is believed to be 1000 years old. The temple is located at a distance of 5 km from Sirumugai in Coimbatore district.

Puranic Significance

Abhayavaratha Kubera Lakshmi Narasimhar Temple was built in the village of Eluppanatham a few years ago after the appearance of Narasimha in the dream of a devotee who often visited Ahobilam due to his devotion to him. His nicknamed Kubera Lakshmi Narasimhar as he serves in a northerly direction. Anjaneyar is located near Narasimhar and a few kilometres away is the famous Idugambalayam Anumantharaya Swamy Temple.

It is hoped that attending the monthly Sudarshan Homam Worship on Swathi Star Day will remove the harassment of enemies, speed up the repayment of debts, bring out positive thoughts and evil spirits in the mind, increase self-confidence and provide employment.
