Introduction

Shri Kanakgiri Digambar Jain Tirtha Kshetra is located in Kanakgiri Karnataka (Kalyanak Kshetra) It is present on border of Karnataka, Kerala and Tamil Nadu. The place also witnessed vihar of Lord Mahavirji. It is beautiful mountain of huge stones. The great Supratishth Mahamuni because omniscient and achieved salvation here. Inscription and caves related to last Shrutkewali Bhadrabahuji are found here Shri Anantbal muni. More than 27 inscriptions are found about Sallekhana (santhara). The brick of the temple is in ruins.
