Pavunjur is a village located in the Lathur circle, Kanchipuram district of Tamil Nadu, India. Open place shiva, there is only a Shiva lingam near the pond. In front is a statue of Nandi. There is a large compound wall nearby but looks completely shattered. There is a pond nearby. Only on Pradosh, the villagers visit this Shiva lingam and priests. No one seems to care for this shiva.
