Introduction

Puranic Significance

    • Originally built by Bhai Natha ji, a missionary during the time of the sixth Guru.
    • Completed in 1830 to honor the stay of Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji (1469–1539).

    • Major renovations took place from 1988 to 1989, including the construction of the verandah for protection and preservation.
    • Renovation funded by contributions from Guru Nanak Dev Ji’s followers in Bangladesh and abroad.
    • Guided by Sardar Harban Singh.
