• Location: About 2.5 kilometers from Mount Abu, Sirohi District, Rajasthan, India.
• Significance: A group of five Jain temples renowned for their exceptional architecture and marble carvings, some experts consider them more architecturally impressive than the Taj Mahal.
• Key Temple: Sri Rishabdoji Temple, also known as Pittalhari or Peethalhar Temple.

Puranic Significance:

• Temple Name: Also called the Adinatha Temple, dedicated to Sri Rishabha Dev (Adinath), the first Tirthankara in Jainism.
• Construction Date: Built between 1316-1432 AD.
• Materials and Features:
  • Main Statue: A massive statue of Rishabha Dev cast in five metals, with brass being the primary material. The statue is approximately 8 feet high and weighs 108 maunds (about four metric tons).
  • Gudh Mandap: Features a large marble Panch-Tirthi sculpture of Adinath.
  • Navchowki: A section within the temple.
  • Other Shrines: Includes shrines to yakshi Chakreshvari and yaksha Gomukha.
