Introduction

Vathiyur is a Small village located in the Kanchipuram district of Tamil Nadu. The villagers of Vathiyur have taken the Shiva lingam from the open air and built a small temple. Swami Sri Ekambareswarar, Ambal Sri Kamakshi. Swami Sannathi seen from the east. There are shrines of Nandi Thevar, Ganesha Murugan, and Navagraha. Yet the temple is beginning to fall into disrepair. None of the people are coming that far. A period some puja takes place here. But this shiva temple is no maintenances, it’s lonely in the village. Thorns and plants grow around it.
