Introduction

Cuddalore District- – village is located on the northern border of Cuddalore district. The town may have been called Pinchakanur after Lord Shiva. The Lord is facing east and Ambikai is facing south. At the back of the prakaram there is a separate shrine to Ganesha and Lord Murugan on the north side. There are no other deities. Even daily poojas do not take place.
