Introduction
Palaiyur is located on the Kollumangudi-S.Pudur road. There is a pond on the east side of Akirakara Street which is slightly covered here. Palaiyur may have been a town full of palai trees. The path to the temple shows that the prayers did not take place properly after the crusade in 2007. Go to the temple as the oak thorn trees are set aside. It looks like a sack that encloses with a drawstring. The sanctum sanctorum is connected by a tin shed. In the sanctum line are Tenmugan and Brahman Durga. Garden Shrubs Mandi is the time to do the plowing work and may grow even more in the coming rainy days. There are shrines of Ganesha, Murugan, and Mahalakshmi. A large hall has been built for Navagraha. Bhairavar in the Northeast Sani(Saturn) and Suriyan (Sun) is with his two wives. Lord- Kailasanathar Goddess- Kamatchi. # “With the kind permission of Sri Kadambur K. Vijayan, these are extracted from his posts”.
