Introduction

Thrikkovil Siva Temple is located in Near Thekkinkadu, at Nagaroor in AttingalKilimanoor Route, Chirayinkil taluk in kerala state. The temple is built in traditional Kerala style with gabled roof and Mangalore tiles. There is a Nalambalam with Chuttuvilakku around the temple. Some of the roof are in bad shape. The primary deity is lord shiva, other deity. The big ‘balikkallu’ and its ancillary structures are the speciality of the temple. But now some of the temple structures are in ruins because of heavy rain. The temple is control under Sri Sankara Trust Board. More than 150 years old temple.
