Introduction

Vriddhachalam – Karuvappilankurichi Road Ekanayagar on Opposite the temple is a road to the west which is about 2 km. Alichikudi Nirudeeswarar Shiva temple is located. The temple was before Unknown, but now Lord in the temple with the present small single sanctuary. Nirudeeswarar facing east. Opposite is a small Nandi placed. In front of the sanctuary is a wide tin shed. A linga idol alone in the barn with a large east facing in the shed. The name of the Lord is unknown. There is also a small Ganesha in shed. South of Vriddhachalam, there are eight lingams around the Palamalai Nathar Temple.
