1000 years old Purushothama Swamy Temple is dedicated to Lord Vishnu located in Porpandal at Uthiramerur Taluk of Kanchipuram District. Presiding deity is Purushothama Swamy along with his consorts Sridevi & Bhudevi. It is one of the ancient temples in Porpandal Village. On Mattu Pongal festival day, Lord Purushothama Swamy goes around the village in Garuda Vahana and blesses everyone. This Temple is located at Porpandal Village in Uthiramerur Taluk in Kanchipuram District of Tamilnadu State, India. It is located 30 Kms towards East from District headquarters Kanchipuram, 20 Kms from Uthiramerur.
