- Location: The Kazheesirama Vinnagaram, also known as Tadalan Kovil or Tiruvikrama Perumal Temple, is located in Sirkazhi, Tamil Nadu, India.
- Deity: The temple is dedicated to Lord Vishnu, worshipped as Trivikram (the Vamana form of Vishnu), and his consort Lakshmi, worshipped as Loganayagi.
- Significance:
- It is one of the 108 Divyadesams dedicated to Lord Vishnu.
- The temple is constructed in the Dravidian style of architecture and is glorified in the Divya Prabandha (6th–9th centuries AD).
- The temple was originally built by the Cholas, with later contributions from the Medieval Cholas, Vijayanagara Kings, and Madurai Nayaks.
Puranic Significance
- Lord Brahma’s Pride and the Lesson from Vishnu:
- Lord Brahma, the creator, grew proud of his longevity, believing that he would live for many Yugas.
- Lord Vishnu decided to teach him a lesson. The sage Romesa performed penance at this location to receive the darshan of Lord Vishnu in His Vamana-Trivikrama form, where He scaled the world with one foot.
- Lord Vishnu granted the sage’s wish and revealed that Brahma’s longevity would be reduced by a year each time a hair fell from his body.
- Brahma understood that Vishnu had indirectly humbled his pride, and thus, Lord Vishnu graced this place with His Trivikrama form.

Special Features
- Temple Structure:
- The temple has a rectangular plan, with tall brick walls surrounding it.
- The Rajagopuram (temple tower) has a three-tiered structure.
- The sanctum is accessed through a gateway tower, passing through a flagpost, altar, an elevated hall, and two additional halls: Mahamandapa and Ardhamandapa.
- The sanctum houses the stone image of Trivikrama in a standing posture and other metal images.
- The shrine of Loganayagi is located in the northwestern corner beyond the sanctum, and the shrine of Andal is in the opposite corner.
- The temple has a temple tank called Chakra Theertham, located behind the temple.
Festivals
- The major festival celebrated in the temple is the Vaikasi Brahmmotsavam, which is a 10-day festival celebrated in May-June.
