Introduction
Location: Lower Ahobilam, Ahobilam, Andhra Pradesh; also known as Lower Ahobilam Temple.Deity: Lord Vishnu in the form of Prahladha Varada Narasimha, where Lord Narasimha is seen blessing Prahlada.Puranic Significance:
- Lord Narasimha, in His peaceful form, was worshipped by Sri Srinivasa Govinda of Tirupati before marrying Padmavathi Devi.
- The temple houses the utsava deities of Pavana Narasimha and Jwala Narasimha.
- Known as Chinna Ahobilam or Diguva Tirupati, it is a revered place for devotees of Narasimha.

- Worshipping Prahladha Varada Narasimha at Lower Ahobilam is considered essential before visiting the main temple at Upper Ahobilam.
- After worshipping here, devotees also visit the Nava Narasimhas (Nine Narasimha Temples).
- Devotion at this shrine is believed to grant the grace of Lord Narasimha and Goddess Chenchu Lakshmi.

- Pillars of the temple feature representations of Lord Narasimha in ascetic form, bestowing ascetic orders to the first Jeeyar of Ahobila Mutt.
